Aging Well Together Coalition

Targeting Isolation was originally developed as part of the Aging Well Together Coalition which was funded through the Government of Canada's 5-year (2019-2024) New Horizons for Seniors Program. The coalition's objectives were to bring together organizations to promote and facilitate social engagement among adults aged 55+ living in Manitoba. Coalition members offered a range of services focusing on social programming, transportation, physical activity, and outreach to socially isolated individuals.  â€‹â€‹â€‹â€‹â€‹
